Mark Gamel knows what it takes to grow a small business — because he's done it. Over nearly 38 years in the jewelry industry as an owner, bench jeweler, and appraiser, he grew his appraisal business from 50 pieces a month to roughly 400, serving everyone from individual clients to full estates.

Along the way he earned his Graduate Gemologist credential from GIA and became a Certified Master Appraiser with the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers.
